This machine is composed of Two extruders(Φ 90,Φ 60),screen changer, melt pump, mould,

roller calender, effect of frame, cold station, air cooling rack, haul-off unit and cutter, conveyor.

(1) : product raw material: ABS granules

(2) : product maximum width: 900 mm;

(3) : the thickness of product: 1-4 mm;

(4) : the maximum extrusion yield: 150-200 kg/hr. ( around 170kg/hr)

(5) : the machine power: total machine 160 kw (heating power 70 kw), normal operation of the actual power about 100 kw.
